Tessie: export the driving history and send the untouched file. Other trips: GPX, Google Maps Timeline, Apple Fitness hike export, Gaia/AllTrails, or even a spreadsheet with latitude and longitude. One file per trip is ideal. I will turn it into named, filterable layers with dates and route type.
